You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities under your account. Do not engage in unlawful, harassing, or infringing behavior.
3. Purchases & Billing
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping may apply. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
4. Refunds
Workshop seats are refundable up to 72 hours before the start time. Supplies can be returned unused within 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and instructional materials are the property of Vivid Verdure or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
6. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that results will meet your expectations. We do not make medical or financial claims.
